Chauniqua Young - Attorney Championing Employee Rights

Following law school, Chauniqua Young joined the Center for Constitutional Rights as a Bertha Fellow, where she litigated landmark civil rights cases involving alleged constitutional violations by government entities. As an attorney, she drafted motions and appellate briefs, presented educational programs to community organizations, and negotiated with opposing counsel while representing individuals whose civil rights had been violated.
Ms. Young joined Outten & Golden LLP as an associate employment lawyer in 2014 ,and became a partner in 2021. Her work as an attorney centers on protecting employees facing workplace discrimination, retaliation, wage violations, and other employment-related disputes.
Throughout her career, she has earned professional honors recognizing both her legal excellence and leadership.
